Brady Kiser faces a charge of abuse of felony children after the death of a son

Emilie Chiseshusband, Brady Kisersubject to “Felony Children’s Abuse accusation” recommended following the investigation to the death of their 3 -year -old son, trigg.

Chandler Police Department released Statement On Tuesday, July 15, confirming that they had completed their investigation that examined the toddler dying as a result of falling into the family swimming pool on May 18.

“The Chandler Police Department has completed her tragic tragic drowning three-year-old Kiser. Following a thorough review of the evidence, researchers have recommended a Class 4 felony accusation of child abuse against Brady Kiser,” read the statement. “The case has now been submitted to the County Attorney Office Maricopa for review.”

The news comes after search guarantees obtained by USA today Last month revealed that Brady only home Watching trigg and the couple’s son, Teddy, 3 months, while Emilie was out with friends.

The outlet at the time reported that the guarantees showed that Brady had said that Trigg had gone to the backyard to play after he had finished eating. He then noticed that Trigg was playing near the pool, and the outlet reported that police records showed that this was “not uncommon.”

Brady, who married Emilie in 2019, claimed he was “soon distracted” by Teddy who caused him to lose sight of Trigg for three to five minutes. He then claimed he found his son floating in the pit, by the documents.

Then the father said he jumped into the pool to restore his son and call 911.

The outlet noted that Arizona researchers triggered search warranty applications on May 13 after receiving video surveillance photos through two outdoor cameras located in the family backyard.

Weekly US Confirmed through Chandler Police Department on May 18 that Emilie and Brady’s son died “earlier” that afternoon after being taken out of a pool on the night of May 12.

A representative of Chandler’s Fire Department told 12 Arizona news on May 14 that the boy was in critical condition after he was discovered. The representative also claimed that police officers had first arrived at home and held a CPR on the child before firefighters arrived and took over.

Then trigg was flown to Phoenix Children’s Hospital for further treatment.

Kiser, which boasts 4.1 million Tiktok followers and 1.7 million Instagram followers, has not posted through either of its social media accounts since the tragedy occurred.
