Boxing Results: Tim Tszyu breaks the streak with TKO of the fourth round of Joey Spencer: Set for a possible Thurman shock

Former Wbo Junior Middleweight, Tim Tszyu (25-2, 18 kos), won his two-struggle streak on Saturday night with a removal technician from the fourth round of Joey Spencer (19-2, 11 kos) on Saturday night at his headline at the Newcastle Entertainment Center in Australia.

The struggle was competitive during the third round, with Spencer, 24, a pleasant blow and handling Tszyu’s hard blows without much trouble. However, things went down quickly by Spencer in the fourth when he was injured by a heavy right hand of Tszyu.

Flurry of Tszyu

Once Tim realized that Spencer was injured, he triggered a 20 -punch flip punching, throwing them at the speed of fast fire. Spencer then turned his back and moved away. Tim added a final punch for a good measure while Spencer moved away, which was a cheap trait, but hey. There was bad blood with each other, and maybe they were their way to get a little more. The official stop time was 2:18.

Tszyu was ahead of the scores 29-28, 29-28 and 29-28.

It was a good victory for Tszyu, but he was not a top-notch fighter he was facing. Spencer was chosen as a trustworthy driver for Tim because he had lost his last two fights and needed a selection to return to the winning court to set a money struggle against Keith Thurman in Australia.

Boxing fans could be excited about what Tszyu did tonight if Vergil Ortiz JR, Serii Bohachuk, Israil Madrimov, Bakhram Murtazaliev or Charles Conwell could have met. That is, highly qualified 154 -pound fighters would have been favored to defeat Tszyu. Joey Spencer did not have much assessment. None of the four sanctioning bodies were ranked between the 15 tops. This is for a reason.

Tszyu won his victory tonight and can now face the ex -a 36 -year -old unified heavy weighing champion in a summer money struggle if he does it through the training camp without suffering another fight cancellation as we saw last year.
