Former two-timed champion Josh Warrington (32-4-1, 8 kos) won a three-struggling streak to defeat the veteran Asad Asif Khan (19-7-1, 5 kos) for a unanimous ten-round decision of ten more than his tenth turn in the Sheffield Park community, England.

The scores were 99-89, 99-90 and 97-91.
Khan seemed to be going to fold the middle point, but he returned and fought reasonably well since the seventh round. He was pressing to Warrington, landing the timely advantages to the right launched from the outside. In the last four rounds, Josh seemed tired and made a lot of retention.
Khan looked like the strongest struggle of the seventh round, pushing Josh and forcing him to keep it. Warrington’s power had disappeared and was not comfortable with the tenacity that Khan showed. You could say that this Indian native wanted to win, as he was fighting his heart and Warrington did not expect this kind of struggle.
He was also launching a rebat rabbit punch that looked like his main weapon in his arsenal tonight. Many referees would have penalized Warrington for the use of this blow, but was constant 34.
Warrington left Khan in the sixth round with a rabbit punch on his right hand on his right hand at the back of his head. The referee did not see it. Later on the round, the referee penalized Khan for losing his mouth. Lost his mouth at least four times in the fight.
This was noticeable. The punches on the back of the head that Warrington launched should have taken to deductions of two points, if not more. I have seen that a fighter goes away with often punctured punches before being penalized or disqualified.
From this Warrington’s performance, it would be a bad idea to take on any of the highest fighters at 126 or 130. Dazn’s commentators discussed the possibility that he challenged the following world title. This is crazy. With a record 1-3 in his last four fights, he does not deserve to fight for a title. Warrington would be destroyed by any of the champions of any division. It would not be sport.
