The scores were 120-108, 119-109 and 119-109.

WBO number 1 classified Pacheco mainly shown all night, choosing to be out of damage, avoiding the powerful features with which McCumby tried to hit him.

McCumby suffered a cut on the front of a head clash in the second round. The blood cut to the rest of the struggle. With 21 seconds to spend the 12th, referee Lawrence Cole called for a waiting time to make McCumby cut the doctor at the edge. Allowed the struggle to continue. It was a strange time to examine the cut.

Pacheco’s first security strategy

People did not like the style of struggle of Jerry-Esque de Pacheco, and they let him know everything outside and from the fourth round to the twelfth.

It was Pacheco who was not willing to fight -as McCumby tried to reach him, but continued to step on again three to six feet when he attacked. He had an amazing resemblance to the style of struggle favored by Shakur Stevenson, and he was as boring as he did.

This was not the performance that the Pacheco promoted by the Matchs Room needed to make a case to get a title shot against the super indisputable champion Canelo Alvarez. This was like a William Scull struggle for Diego.

Diego’s Jab-Teaching style

“I was trying to find my distance to control the struggle. All I worried about was to get the W and to prepare for the next one,” said Pacheco after the fight. “He is definitely a strong fighter. He had great punches. I saw him trying to do -to me.

“I stayed behind my Jab all day. Trevor is a great fighter. That’s why I chose him to try -ME

“I know there are great fights for me. I want someone in the top 10 to deserve a fight between me and someone of the top 10 places
