Borussia’s head Dortmund, Kovac, “Enchanted” after qualification in the 16 round

Borussia Manager Dortmund, Niko Kovac, admitted that he was “delighted” after his side advanced to the Club World Cup’s Cup tie after a 1-0 victory over the Ulsan South Korean Club.

Dortmund entered the party knowing that a point would guarantee a safe passage at the last 16, and while the Kovac team did a hard work against its already eliminated opponents, the possibility of its leaving rarely seemed to be a real possibility.

The result assured that the German club jumped Fluminense, which began the day in the position of the Pole, but was retained in a draw by Mamelodi Sundowns, in the upper group F.

Dortmund will meet with the group E next week, which could be Inter Milan, River Plate or Monterrey.

“We wanted to go through the group stage, we are delighted,” said Kovac.

“It was decent for heat, especially in the first half. We managed the game in the second half. The bottom line is that Fluminense and we deserve to progress.”
