Bill Murray reflects on the old days in Saturday night live – and its encounters with Bruce Willis.
The Swallow The former Surfanist, 74, remembered Willis, now 70, worked behind the scenes at the NBC sketch comedy show during the 1970s. At the time, Willis was part of the Network Page program, Young and Ambitious Internship.
“Bruce Willis was a page at NBC when I was on Saturday night live”Murray said on the Monday issue, March 31, of Watch what happens live with Andy Cohen. “This sounds like crazy s ***, (but) his job was to get to the dressing rooms and refill the M & Ms and the pretzels in the actors’ rooms.”
“I remember when I met him after he was already a successful man, he said, ‘You and Native (Radiator) nice to me, ‘”said Murray, who promoted his upcoming film The friendSlate to hit theaters on April 4.
Bill Murray has revealed that he is “weeping three times” during the special 50th anniversary of Saturday Night Live in February. “It was amazingly emotional,” Murray, 74, told Siriusxm swing in the morning on Friday, February 28.
The Dying hard Icon would go on to maintain Swallow in 1989 and 2013, as well as starring alongside Murray in the movie The kingdom of Moonrise Circa 2012.
“The kingdom of Moonrise A lovely, lovely movie. And I worked with and had a wonderful time with him (him), ”noted Murray emotional, calling Willis a“ good foi, a good man f *** ing. He was a good friend. “

Two weeks before Murray’s Wwhl andPlearance, Willis Celebrating his 70th birthday with the family including ex-wife Demi Moore and their three daughters: Raze36, Scout33, and Tallulah31.
“Happy Birthday, BW! We love you,” headed Moore, 62, Instagram’s tribute, which included snips of the exes embracing, Willis holds Rumer’s daughter, Lou, which turns 2 in April, and the actor shares quiet moments with the scout and Tallulah.
Bruce Willis and Emma Heming Willis have been alongside each other since their meeting in the early 2000s. The duo met in 2007 while working out at their joint instructor gym. Moore and Willis were married between 1987 and 2000 and remained good friends after their divorce. Willis went on to marry Emma Heming Willis in 2009. The couple share two daughters, Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10.
In March 2022, Willis was diagnosed with front -end dementia and Affasia of a communication disorder, which affected his cognitive abilities. He retired as a result.
“Today marks 16 years with Life Love,” Emma, 46, wrote through Instagram On March 21 while celebrating their wedding birthday. “We have shared commemorative highs and devastating lows, and through it all, we’ve built something ever.”
He continued, “I am so grateful for every chapter I have had with it – and all the ones we will continue to write, in our language of unconditional love.”
