Before Big Brother UK a star Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace relives a “horrific” health scare after taking what she believes is fake Ozempig.
“I won’t lie and I’m not proud, but me buy Ozempig injections from the black market,” said 46-year-old Horgan-Wallace Closer in an interview published on Tuesday, January 21. “I was in a desperate situation because I had a lot of weight that wasn’t changing, and being in my 40s is harder.”
Horgan-Wallace shared that the first three months she took the so-called fake Ozempic were “great.” She explained that she had “no hunger pangs” and “didn’t eat rubbish” while she had “so much energy.” Horgan-Wallace added, “I went down from a size 12 to an 8, it felt amazing!”
Three months later, her health began to take a turn. “I must have had a suspicious batch because my body reacted so badly. For three days, I thought I was going to die. I was in my bed, woke up vomiting, had diarrhea and fell asleep again,” he said. “At one point, I had three bags of vomit by my bed.”

Horgan-Wallace claimed she started to “lose” her vision and her eyes “got blurry” to the point where she “couldn’t even see my phone.” He recalled, “I had no idea what was going to happen to me.”
Although she said she needed medical attention, Horgan-Wallace said she was hesitant to reach out for help because she was ashamed.

I wanted to go to A&E, but I couldn’t drag myself there because I was too ashamed to say what I had done,” she said. “I felt guilty for wasting NHS resources when I had done this to myself. When I started to get my sight back, I called my best friend, she came around with electrolytes and coconut water, she looked at me and said, ‘What have you done to yourself?'”
In the wake of her health scare, Horgan-Wallace is urging others not to follow in her footsteps. “My message is don’t do it. I almost died because of that s—,” he said. “Your life is not worth losing over losing weight. Don’t cut corners with your health and don’t buy things off the black market because you don’t know what’s in it. This is the most horrible health issue I have ever been through, and I will never do it again.”
Horgan-Wallace has since gain the weight he lost and is now a size 10. Following the scare, Horgan-Wallace said she was not ready to have “saggy skin” and underwent surgery to change it.
“I looked like a deflated balloon everywhere, I didn’t recognize myself!” she said. “With weight loss injections, you lose weight so quickly that the skin hasn’t had enough time to stretch back, and you end up looking older. I’ve had to have an operation because everything got tired.”
In December 2024, Horgan-Wallace underwent a breast lift and skin tightening around her chin.
“They took as much excess skin as I had around my chin and from my neck and basically lifted it all up. I’ve wanted to do my boobs for a while because they looked like chairs!” she said. “I don’t mind a saggy natural boob, but when you have a big, old implant on top, they were looks like they are hanging.The surgeon talked me out of going bigger, and gave me a raise which I am happy with, but next year I am definitely getting bigger implants! oh glamor modeling and big boobs, it’s not for everyone, but I love that pin-up, Jessica Rabbit look.”
