Boredom Bethany Hamilton shares her son’s scary encounter with you.
“A few weeks ago my son got his dog. Not motivated. And by random super,” Hamilton, 35, wrote through her Instagram story On Monday, August 4.
Sharing photos of her 6-year-old son Wesley injuries on his arm, Hamilton-which also shares Tobias, 9, Micah, 3, and Alayah, 2 with husband Adam Dirks – He urged pet owners to explore how often their dogs should be out in public.
“If you have mean dogs, leave them home,” he said. “Also, if your dog gets old and very grumpy, leave them home. I wish I was a place but glad it wasn’t worse. Also glad it wasn’t my little child …”
Hamilton said she reported the dog “for the future safety of the local community.”
He also gave what he claimed was play-by-play of how the incident went down in what he said was an attempt to remind others to stay awake.

We had Kombucha and then we were going into this shop to look at the clothes,” he claimed. “Then we came out, and we were in cooling, very slow. Wesley didn’t feel amazing and this dog came under a table. He was leased and then he just lected up and bitten Wesley as we walked past.”
Since sharing his story on -lein, Hamilton said that many of his Instagram followers were quick to blame the dog’s owner.
According to the “Possible All Things” podcast host – who lost her arm in a shark attack in 2003 – dog owners are certainly due some responsibility when similar events occur.
As a dog’s own girlfriend, Hamilton offered some tips on what pet owners can do to keep everyone safe.
“If you have a dog in public, certainly get it on a lease, maybe even put dirt on it if you really want it in public,” he suggested. “I think normalizing so many dogs in public and everywhere dog -friendly is dangerous and the big thing I got in the messages was also how many people with nice dogs who have their dogs attacking a non -nice dog. It’s a big issue.”
