Benedict Cumberbatch Details ‘Horror Diet’ for Doctor Strange

Benedict Cumberbatch Was honest when he came to his exercise regime and a “horrific diet” to prepare for his second -year -old role as Doctor Marvel Strange.

“For me, the exercise is great,” Cumberbatch, 49, shared during Tuesday, July 22, from “Table 4 Ruthie” podcast. “And the end result is that you feel strong and you feel confident – you hold yourself better. You have stamina through the exercise and the food that makes you last through the NHS.”

The actor, who has played Dr. Strange at the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) since 2016, although the exercise and extra food made it feel good at the end of the day, that’s not his favorite thing.

“But it’s horrific. I don’t like it personally,” he explained. “I think he is horrific eating beyond your appetite. Again, going back to responsibility and ingenuity and sustainability – it’s just like, what am I doing? I could feed a family with the amount I eat.”

Although exercise and eating so much protein, Cumberbatch noted that filming the projects was “goodbye” and is delighted.
