The National Clicet team of England could be without Captain Ben Stokes and Pacler Brydon Carse for the next series of Tests against India at home. Ben Stokes and Brydon Carsa continue to recover from injuries, which raises their availability for the series of tests long -awaited in the summer.

Ben Stokes recovers from hamstring surgery after two muscle tears in six months. He has not played since December. England will begin its test summer with a single match against Zimbabwe on May 22. The three lions will play five tests against Team India from June 20.

Durham’s main coach, Ryan Campbell, shared an update on the recovery of Ben Stokes. He confirmed that the off -road is moving well after hamstring surgery. However, Campbell added that no risks with regard to the domestic return of Stokes.

“My expectation is that it will be zero; anything else is an added plus. They return from serious injuries. The facts are needed to put in operation when the test matches begin,” said Campbell, as cited by the ICC’s official website.

Durham has six regional championship games before the England test against Zimbabwe. Stokes has accumulated 3,546 runs at an average of 33.45 and has taken 177 doctors at 27.44 in 70 games. However, he has played nine games since the summer of 2017 due to international commitments and injuries.

Ryan Campbell said that Ben Stokes has been training almost daily and re -raising weights one day after hamstring surgery. Campbell emphasized that Stokes is totally committed to recovering physical form for England.

“It is here almost every day working on his ass. The guy had a string surgery and he was the next day he raised weights, which I couldn’t believe. He is a man so hard -working. He will do everything needed to get ready for England,” said Campbell.

Ryan Campbell said that Brydon Carse’s foot problems have been a concern for more than a year. Campbell said CARSE needs proper recovery if he has a sustained test race.

“We know about his foot problems for a year now. It’s not new, but he has to do -well if he is going to play a lot of test cricket,” said Campbell.

“If we look at it, I think Brydon Cars is probably the number 1 priority for England right now with what he has shown in the test cricket. He was born for this kind of thing. There are 11 tests about summer and winter, and I think he will be the number 1 on the list of England to ensure that he is willing to go for -” concluded Campbell.

Brydon Carse has begun impressive in his test career. He has taken 27 doctors with an average of 19.85 of five games since his debut against Pakistan in October 2024. His best performance arrived in Christchurch, where he took 10 doctors for 106 runs in his third test.

In the meantime, Jofra Archer, who took a test for the last time in 2021, has recently returned to Bowling for the Rajasthan Royals at IPL 2025.
