Bees’ attack leaves three in critical condition, and dozens were injured in Avrilak, France

Three people in the French city remain in a “critical but stable state” after an unusual attack attack over the weekend, which resulted in 24 passers -by, Mayor Avrilak said on Monday.

Twenty -four people were injured and three were sent to a critical hospital when hundreds of bees suddenly attacked people in the central southern city on Sunday morning.

According to local media, one of them was a 78-year-old woman who was reinforced 25 times and was supposed to be resuscitated after the arrest of cardiac releases.

Police and firefighters abandoned the area, and the beekeeper was intended to buy bees – a safe way to calm the insects.

A local man who was called Andre said he witnessed “very panic people” trying to repel bees. “I could say that something was attacking them, but I couldn’t understand what,” he said to the French media.

It was reported that Avrilak Pierre Mattony, Mayor, said that Asian hornets that threaten the hive could become a catalyst for the attack.

But the Christian carrier, president of the regional union of beekeepers, was skeptical.

He told France Info that bees usually avoid leaving their colonies in the presence of Asian hornets.

Instead, he said an unusual incident could be associated with the fact that the bee colony becomes too big for him and becomes “hyperactive” when the beekeeper was engaged with her.

“It is possible that (bees) lacks space, and their colony has not intended to advise. It can cause strong aggression,” Mr. Carrier said.
