This occurs after the BCCI and CSA were involved in discussions. Board Proteas Cricket wanted to return his players on May 26 so that they could prepare for the final of the ICC World Test Championship against Australia. The summit’s shock will be played from June 11 at Lord’s Cricket Ground in London.
According to the initial agreement with BCCI, the South players -African had to return home after the IPL 2025 final, which was supposed to take place on May 25. However, due to the tensions between India and Pakistan, the tournament was postponed for a week and will now resume on May 17.
There were many reports that said BCCI would talk to CSA to allow players to play at least the playoffs. Even the director of the National Teams of the CSA and Enoch Nkwe, who want players to want on May 26, mentioned that they can play the playoffs as they have delayed their preparations.
Previously, the South Cricket National Team -Africa was scheduled to begin its preparations for the ICC World Test Championship final on May 31. But Enoch Nkwe said that discussions occur at the highest levels and will now begin preparations from June 3.
But with the latest reports that BCCI has called on the South players -Africans to go back to May 26, which means that some of the franchises are planned to face a massive. The Mumbai Indians, the Gujarat Titans, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru, the Kings Punjab and Delhi, are in contact with the playoffs.
Kagiso Rabada (Gujarat Titans), Lungi Ngidi (Royal Challengers Bengaluru), Tristan Stubbs (Delhi Capitals), Aiden Markram (Lucknow Super Giants), Ryan Rickelton (Mumbai Indians), Corbin Bosch (MI), Marco Jansen (Punjab Kings) and Wia Mulder) (Sunrisers Hyderabad) are named in the WTC template.
In addition, Chennai Super Kings have also faced a blow. Foreign stars in Rachin Ravindra, Sam Curran and Jamie Overton will not return to the league. Development was confirmed by CEO Kasi Viswanathan, who said:
“Rachin Ravindra, Sam Curran and Jamie Overton who do not join the CSK Squad again, the team has not sought any temporary replacement player.”
