In a great step to revolutionize the Indian Cricket Development System, the Cricket Control Council at India (BCCI) announced on Thursday, August 7, three prestigious full -time positions at its center of excellence (COE) in Bengaluru.
The BCCI wants to strengthen the future of the Indian cricket through top -notch coaching, advanced sports education and avant -garde science training, which invited applications for three major roles. The Council made this announcement on its official website on Thursday.
BCCI invites applications for three key papers at the center of excellence
The three positions are resident teachers for beat, resident power for bowling and head of sports and medicine sciences.

The three roles are designed to contribute directly to the growing Cricket Ecosystem of India and is expected to work closely with National and Regional teamsGuiding the next talent and helping to shape the next generation of players and coaches in India.
Role and eligibility for resident faculty: beating
The responsibility of the Faculty of Residents: The baptism will be focused on the provision of national education programs in BCCI coaches from level 0 to level 3. The selected candidate will “contribute to the development of the content of the course, manage the evaluations, provides practical tutoring and monitoring the progress of the development of the coach”. The paper also includes handling online learning systems and working closely with zonal coaches.
Applicants for the role of the resident faculty: The battal must be old first-class or international cries, preferably with the BCCI level 2 certification or level-3. Should also have at least five years of experience in coaching at the state or elite level. Competition is also required with performance analysis and digital learning platforms to apply for work.
Paper and eligibility for resident faculty: bowling

The selected coach will be in charge of directing the BCCI certification training courses, helping in the development of the curriculum, checking the progress of other coaches and guiding them, focused on bowling.
To apply for this position, the candidate must be an experienced or international first class with at least 5 years of coaching experience with elite teams. Candidates with level 2 certified coaches or level 3 or level 3 are favorite for the paper. Role and eligibility for the head: Sports Sciences and Medicine

The selected candidate will direct a multidisciplinary team, guarantee the strategic planning of performance planning, the prevention of injuries and the supervision of rehabilitation, the development of athletes and the integration of the sports science services between the national teams and the COE.
The role will also involve working with international institutes to promote research and new ideas. For this position, candidates must have a master’s degree (a doctorate) in sports sciences or related fields, as well as having at least five years of experience in multidisciplinary performance team management.
In addition to being a demonstrated experience in high -performance sports environments, candidates must also have strong training in athlete development, clinical governance and strategic planning for the role of the BCCI’s COE Sports and Medicine Chief Medicine.
