Season 2 winner Hoyde’s face and Nathan Massey are parents of two. They share Freddie’s son, born in December 2017, and his daughter Delilah, born in July 2020.
“It really took me a while to understand this one but it’s so important, especially for us new mothers,” said De La Hoyde, who married Massey in 2019, Crack In March 2021. “Try to listen to what your body is telling you and speed yourself up with your energy levels. Now there will be times when your body says nap but baby says no, but the times you’re lucky enough to have a couple of spare hours (hardly I know), make sure you stay in your own tunes like you really need!”
