McDonald mentioned that he spoke to Konstas to check after the intimidating Indian celebration, where the team surrounded him. McDonald wanted to make sure Konstas was okay.
“My conversation with Sam was about checking in with him. It is clear that India’s celebration was intimidating, with everyone involved. So I just wanted to make sure it’s okay.and,” the Australian coach said.
