Aubrey O’Day reveals why she won’t testify in Dyffy trial

Aubrey O’Day confirmed she will not take the stand to testify against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs As their trial continues.

The Music Mogul, 55, is currently on trial in New York for sex trading, racing and transportation to participate in prostitution payments. (Diddy pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.)

While O’Day is currently in the same city, he said on Friday’s episode, May 16 of “Amy Robach and TJ Holmes introduce: Aubrey O’Day covering the Diddy trial ” Podcast will not be present for a legal proceedings in spite of earlier reports.

“I’m not here to witness The Diddy Trial I know about it, ”said O’Day, 41, on the podcast.

While she is not intended Testify against Diddy In court, she confirmed that she had met with homeland safety before.

“Homeland Security contacted me and met Homeland Security,” he confirmed.

It was previously reported that O’Day would go to the stand during the case. O’Day’s social media fans were also convinced that this would be the case after she shared a post on Wednesday, May 14 via Instagram which included a video of New York City.

“Hey New York !!! Where does he think I should go first?” O’Day headed the post, and added emoji weighing scale. The emoji, often with the consequences of justice and the law, led to many followers to believe that she suggests going to court.

In the podcast, she explained her reasons behind sharing the post about New York via Instagram.

“I posted on my Instagram that I’m here in New York because I want to make it clear to everyone that I am not attesting,” he said during the podcast interview.

Digy was arrested in September 2024 and charged with sex trade, racing conspiracy and transport to participate in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and has denied all the allegations against him.
