At least a dozen people were injured in the shooting at the Pub Toronto, and the suspect is still in general, police said in the Canadian city.
The shooting took place at 22:39 on Friday local time (3:39 GMT on Saturday) near the city center of Skarboro in eastern Toronto.
Authorities did not disclose the degree of injuries, but said the four victims were injured.
The suspect, who was in Black Balaklava, was noticed as he escaped from the stage in a silver car, police said.
“I am deeply concerned about hearing the reports of shooting in the pub in Skarboro,” said Mayor Olivia Chow on X.
She said the police chief “assured me that all the necessary resources were deployed.”
“This is an early and constant investigation – the police will provide additional details. My thoughts with the victims and their families.”
