Mikel Arteta has asked his Arsenal players to use “anger, frustration, anger and disappointment” of their 2-1 Premier League defeat against Bournemouth as a fuel for the Champions League semifinal against PSG.
The Gunners travel to Paris on Wednesday in the hope of overflowing a 1-0 deficit from the first stage, but will enter the game at the back of a first loss at home in the cherries.
Declan Rice opened the score to his hundredth appearance for Arsenal, but goals in the second half of Dean Hujsen and Evanilson turned the game to the head to give Bournemouth not only his first victory over the arsenal, but also his first double of league on the artillers.

The result keeps the Art of Arta only three points ahead of Manchester City in third place and raises the men of Andoni Iraola, who pursue European football next season, up to eighth at the table.
Although Arsenal’s head was frustrated by its players, he insisted that he will have to use this anger as a motivation before the channel trip.
“We have not created the proper positive impulse,” admitted Arteta.
“He certainly created a lot of anger, frustration, anger, disappointment and we use it all Wednesday.
“This is what we need to do”
Despite the defeat, a positive for Arteta was that all his players seemed to go through the match.
However, the chief of the Gunners remained closely on the physical form of Jurien Timber, who lost the game through an injury collected in the first stage, but can return on Wednesday evening.
