Ariana Grande Shout some very important people in his 2025 MTV Music Video Rewards Speech of receiving.
The singer, 32, won the best pop prize for her song “Fighter Days Ahead” at the ceremony on Sunday, September 7, at UBS Arena in New York.
“I have to say thank you to my fans. I love you with every fiber of me. Thank you, MTV,” Grande said in her speech. “Thanks to my father, who acted in this video for the first time in his life and is the best scene partner and Dad in the world.”
Grande shared that she “took a village” to bring a music video to life and wanted to thank everyone who had a role, from the video director and producers to the lighting team and the art department. After going through countless roles, including craft grip and services, Grande finished her speech with shouting out to some special people in her life.
“Thanks to my therapist and gay people. I love you,” he concluded.
In addition to the best pop, Grande won rewards Video of the Year and best form video. She was also nominated for the best direction, the best cinematography and the best visual effects.
Grande also introduced the Vision Vanguard Award to Mariah Carey During the show.
“As a vocalist, there is only one Queen and that is Mariah,” Grande said when presenting Carey. “She knows any limits with her octave iconic range and has left an irreversible effect on the history of music with her tone, technique and sound. Her music videos have become a pop playbook, giving us everything from a change of egos to drag a male to hundreds of iconic looks. Mariah Carey is a solo talent and artist.”
Earlier this year, Grande dropped the luxury version of his album 2024, Eternal sunshine. The variant included the standard 13 tracks and six bonus tracks. Last month Grande announced he would go on Eternal sunshine journey next year.

This will be Grande’s first tour in six years. She last hit the road in 2019 Sweetener journey.
In addition to music, Grande has been ordered and is busy portraying Glinda in Wicked. The second part, called For goodsupposed to hit theaters on November 21.
“I feel this experience is so much returned to me,” he said in an interview in November 2024 with Australian reporter Justin Hill. “I feel like I came home to myself in many ways by what I learned from Glinda (a) from Elphaba. And that was my name when I went to see the show when I was 10, and it felt like a very lovely way to honor it. It felt a full circle, and it felt like something I wanted to do.”
