Ninth District Appeal Court on Friday dismissed Trump administration Asking for Extraordinary Federal Prohibition, which limits federal immigration agents from migrant orientation in Southern California based on characteristics such as ethnicity or language.
The panel of three judges issued a unanimous ruling that supports the restrictions on federal agents during the immigration raids in the Los Angeles area.
Restrictions include banning people on the basis of their ethnicity, accent, language or location, including staying in a home depot or car wash.
The ruling requires that federal agents have a more specific reason to arrest rather than a general suspicion of human citizenship.

Mayor Los -Angeles Karen Bass noted the court’s decision as “victory for the rule of law and the city of Los -Angeles”.
“The temporary restraint that protects our communities from immigration agents using racial profiling and other illegal tactics when conducting its rigid and aggressive raids and crackdown while remaining in place,” the bass said.
“We still have to fight for justice,” she continued. “Los -Angeles will stand together against the efforts of this administration at the breaking of the families, which every day contribute to life, culture and economy of our big city. Despite everything, I will continue to stand near you and fight for your rights, your dignity and your place in this city, we all call at home.”
