Kevin Costner’s daughter Annie Cox Share how her past battles led her to take a faith leap.
Cox shared an honest post by its Instagram On Thursday, April 17, and reflect on how she had been “fighting some medieval demons” in recent years as well as how she motivated her to visit France.
“Last year when I turned 40 I decided to go to Paris. I had never been. It really felt a little wrong in the moment. I didn’t feel my best, or very confident after taking a couple of years away to care for our children,” Cox wrote, which is located in Santa Barbara, California. “I was, in retrospect, battling some middle -aged demons, but I knew I needed something. I’m grateful that I trusted my gut and ‘take the journey’ because it was the spark to remind me who I was and yes.”
Cox added that the journey was just a fresh air breath in her life, sharing how the Paris experience was also beneficial when she returned home.

“I jumped into work as soon as I arrived back and last year bursting wide open to me. Conveniently I guess when your gut tells you to go to Paris and drink wine all day and look at art and get a tattoo.
