Andrest and Tristan Tate spoke with police in Romania

British-American influence Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan appeared in a police station after returning to Romania from the United States.

Brothers registered in power in the capital, Bucharest, in legal formality to demonstrate their current criminal investigation.

They are under investigation in Romania for the formation of an organized criminal group, trafficking in human beings, minors and money laundering. Andrew also faces allegations of rape and sex with a minor. The couple denies all the charges.

Coming out of the police station, Andrew, 38, he refused to say whether he would remain in Romania, but promised to clear his name there and in the UK.

The brothers returned to Romania on Friday almost a month after they were unexpectedly canceled by the authorities.

Soon the couple announced that she had arrived on a private plane in Florida – where they quickly became the focus of the new investigation.

Florida Prosecutor General has launched a criminal investigation into the US National Center for Sexual exploitation, which is one of the alleged victims of Tate.

The exit of the Romanian brothers led to the assumption that the prosecutor’s office had felt political pressure from President Donald Trump – whom they support. Trump denied any knowledge of their release, and Tates rejected claims against external influence.

Asked about the US allegations today, Andrew refused them and said, “I am investigated everywhere on the planet because I am one of the most important people on the planet.”

He also said that there was a “witch hunt” against him.

The couple was arrested in Romania at the end of 2022 against the backdrop of misleading women who mislead women and transported them to Romania, where they were later exploited and subjected to physical violence.

The couple is also the subject of a separate investigation in the UK about the allegations of rape and trafficking in human beings.

The British authorities have provided a warrant of allegations of sexual aggression dating from 2012, which means that the brothers may face extradition as soon as the Romanian analysis is over.

Last month, Romanian authorities warned that they should return to the appearance of a court or the risk of “higher care”.

Andrew, who banned several social media platforms for his mysooginist views and the language of hatred, later told his 10 million followers on X, that he spent $ 185,000 (£ 142,800) on a private plane to “sign one piece of paper in Romania.”

On Monday, the BBC asked Andrew about his inflammatory tweets after the UK’s attack in the UK last year, in which three girls on the summer festive dance and yoga were stabbed, and he falsely claimed that the attacker was an illegal immigrant. Tate called the BBC correspondent “no one” before he was discouraged.
