Former bachelorette Andi Dorfman becomes real for her postpartum tour.
“Alright, I’m just going to go out on a member and be honest and say (that) Postpartum has been more difficult for me than pregnancy,” said Dorfman, 38, in an Instagram story video on Saturday, April 5.
According to Dorfman, emotional challenges the postpartum experience affected her.
“As, your hormones are a bit out of a whack,” he admitted. “Nobody prepares you for Postpartum. There are so many things on pregnancy, but not much on Postpartum. You also steer all this when being exhausted while caring for your child.”
Dorfman gave birth to Harper’s daughter, which she shares with a husband Blaine Hartin December 2024.
“It’s a thing. I feel, like, every girl battles something postpartum,” a Dorfman guessed further on Saturday. “Whether it’s external, internal, hormonal (or all of it. But, yes, postpartum is the very difficult part of having a baby. I’m going to put it there.”
Despite the hardships of Postpartum life, Dorfman has been able to press Hart’s husband throughout.
“Especially (during) the first few months, I think the word that comes to mind is a partnership,” said Dorfman in a follow -up Instagram story questioned and answered when asked How their marriage had changed Since Harper arrived. “Sometimes you feel like fellow players tagging each other in and out to achieve it all.”
He continued, “You definitely have to make a joint effort to spend time together and make it not related to the baby. But in doing so, you really build this cool partnership with someone.”

“We have always said that we want three but going to take it one at a time,” the former TV -headed reality TV headed a third slide in his question and answer session on Saturday. “I want some time this year for us to be with just Harper and improve, so maybe (we’ll) start trying at the end of this year or early 2026.”
Dorfman married Hart in 2023 after her previous reality TV tour. First appeared Juan Pablo Galavis‘Season 18 of The bachelor In 2014, later became leading the franchise itself. During The bacheloretteDorfman is engaged to Josh Murray before they split several months later.
