Amanda Batula’s ‘Summer House’ star tackles a reunion tension heated with Kyle Cooke for having children

“When I went off the control of birth, my skin became very bad,” he explained. “I was breaking out so seriously. And I was also filming while I was going through these cuts. I couldn’t find my skin. And then once I finally got it under control, my skin was never the way it was before I got off birth control, so still dealing with cutting out, just the texture, just everything was different.”

He continued. “(Paige Desorbo) from the show has been actually work with face realityand I saw what she did for her skin. And when they also reached out to me, I was like, ‘Yes, please. I need to get this acne under control. I need to figure it out forever. ‘”

“When you’re not feeling well, when you have one pimple, you think everyone can see it, and then when you have 20, you are like, ‘Oh my God, my whole face is one big stone. (I) don’t leave the house,’” he noted. “So (my skin) definitely played a role in my depression too. So once I was on my confessional and better feel, it’s like, ‘Okay, now the next step is to tackle my skin’ and face reality has been a complete saving race. It helped me get my confidence back.”

She remembered, “I was breaking out again, the way I was in high school, and I was like, ‘I’m too old for this.’ I saw a doctor. (They said), ‘You have adult acne.’ I was like, great.

“Something like spot treatments just around your period or cycle, or when you’re cut out, it doesn’t have to be very strong. But then those options are also for people who have a lot more acne and really try to care for it,” he noted. “I love it. It’s extremely used (treatment).”

Amanda acknowledged that there is no “confidential sauce” to prioritize mental health despite emphasizing the importance of self -care.

“I think like keeping busy and doing things for me, I feel my head is down for so long,” he said. “And, I went to the school for graphic design. I was a graphic designer who was, like my whole thing, and I worked in the field of design with (Husband Kyle’s drink company) is a girlfriend, but that’s not the stuff I wanted to be doing.”

He explained, “I needed some more of my own creative outlet, things to me that I was passionate about, and that’s what I started to do. And I feel that has been very useful for me to focus on my own projects.

“I’ve been traveling so much this month to work. This is my fourth time in LA,” he revealed. “I should have just rented a flat. But I would usually have crashed out. I would have said no to all these opportunities. I would have rejected them. But here I am! I was (up) 4am et time this morning, and I’m here now. I feel great. I’m leaving tomorrow and then I have a few other things during the week, and then probably. Kyle Cooke you know?”
