Alyson Stoner remember the intense weight loss regimen they tried to prepare for their Hunger An audition while navigating eating a disorder at the same time.

“When I stepped on the scale, I rubbed my eyes in disbelief. What is the hell? I won back every pound I lost over two months? In a few hours ?! This was my worst nightmare,” Stoner wrote. “My body had retained every morsel of food and liquid ounces, uncertain when it would be fed again. All my progress was removed.”
