Windy City Rehabilitation‘S. Alison Victoria ready to say goodbye to her dreamy home in Chicago.
The HGTV star confirmed the latest issue of Weekly US That her property was listed on the market for $ 2.9 million more than two and a half years after she transformed the space.
“Having 7,000 square feet for yourself seems opaque and dreamy, but in fact, it just came a little, so I decided to reduce the size and find something that suited my way of life better,” Victoria, 43, was told only Us. “I travel so much for work and I wasn’t really there to enjoy as much as the space deserves to be enjoyed.”
Now, Victoria hopes that someone can live in the full -time home and “enjoy every square inch of sexuality and sophistication.”
“When I bought the property and got it as my office and its design center for years, I would always sit there and wonder how dreaming this space would be like as someone’s home,” he told Us. “When I had a chance to turn it on, my dreams came true.”

As their business empire continues to grow with launch Sin City RehabVictoria can’t help but reflect on all the happy memories he created in his “dreamy” Chicago space.
“When I was there, I never left,” he said. “Everything you could ever want under one roof makes that very easy to do.”
The next lucky buyer will experience plenty of special touches, including a bar that feels like “Speakeasy in Paris.”
After stepping into the main bedroom, the next homeowner will enjoy a major bathroom that feels like you are escaping a favorite Victoria destination in Mykonos, Greece.
“The heated marble herring bone floors drop to the floors of the wet room with a raw stone accent wall and the most beautiful, neutral red tones,” he described.
And whether snow days or heat waves are your favorite weather, Victoria believes that every guest will enjoy the home atrium fireplace.
“Living in Chicago is difficult and rough during the winter months, so I wanted to create an indoor space that felt like you were always outdoors,” he said. “The heated black-and-white marble floors and the custom spool married as beautiful as the original brick walls. The fireplace is a perfect place to cozy up while the snow falls on the eight huge pyramid roof windows above. “
