Ali Fedotowsky Bachelorette defends in selling her Nashville house

Former bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky adhered to her decision to move houses.

“Big news for our family !!! We sold our house,” wrote Fedotowsky, 40, through Instagram On Monday, June 2, also referring to husband Kevin Manno and their two children: Molly, 8, and Riley, 6.

In response, a social media user asked why Fedotowsky and Manno, 41, would want to leave their “lovely” home.

“If there is one thing I’ve learned in life, having beautiful things doesn’t make you happy,” replied Fedotowsky in the comments section. “Experiences, people and health to do!”

Earlier this year, manno was diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer that needed surgery.

“He has 2 malignant spots on his right side and appears to be in one lymph node, but we will not know for sure until his surgery,” Fedotowsky wrote through Instagram In January. “If the surgeon gets there and decides that it has to be removed anyway, we will, of course, move on with that. But when entering the surgery, he has a choice to be aggressive or leave half if possible. Thank you all for the love and support you have ever shown us. We are grateful.”

Manno, DJ Radio, received the treatment less than a month later.

“The surgery went great, and they only had to get in! We went in, without knowing if they would have to take all or half,” Fedotowsky wrote through Instagram On February 28.

He continued, “Happy to report that the thyroid pathology report of this guy had come back negatively! Meaning the cancer had disappeared completely. After his surgery, they took the thyroid to test him to make sure they got all the margins.

Fedotowsky and manno moved to Nashville to start from Los Angeles in 2021, buying what they said Weekly US were their “dreamy home.”

“My husband and I feel so lucky to live in this home. We found him when he was just a framed house and although he wasn’t even drywall on the walls yet, we just knew it was the perfect home for us,” she she was told only Us In 2022. “I chose every light installation, every piece of hardware and all the small details. Actually the only thing I didn’t choose was as that was already set when we found it. So we had a chance to make it home, although we didn’t build it technically. I wake up gratefully for this home every morning.”
