Indian national cricket team fast bowler Akash Deep is all set to be ruled out of the knockout phase of the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy 2024-25. According to reports in ESPNCricinfo, it is learned that the fast bowler will head to the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bangalore for his rehabilitation.
Akash Deep will miss Bengal’s match against Haryana, which will be played on January 9 in Vadodara. This comes after the Indian national cricket team fast bowler suffered an injury during the fourth match of the 2024-25 Border-Gavaskar Trophy at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne.
