Air India Crash report can give answers but don’t close

The previous report as a result of the Air India disaster last month gives a certain understanding of what caused it.

It states that both fuel exceeders were transferred to the cutting position – a step that usually disables the engines – a few minutes before the plane crashed.

But when experts analyze the findings of the report, it provides little comfort for the families who have lost their loved ones.

Samira Hussein BBC met Schweet Parchar, whose husband died as a result of the accident. “We trusted the airline. What is the meaning of the investigation now?” she said.
