Cricket fans have responded to reports that the Cricket Control Board in India (BCCI) plans to remove from the next Asian Cricket Cup (ACC), directed by Pakistan. Many called this decision a strategic movement of India to isolate the Pakistani team in the midst of recent political tensions.
The tensions between India and Pakistan have increased more after the recent horror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, where almost 28 people died and many were injured. This led to a debate as to whether India should continue to participate in Cricket matches involving Pakistan.
The Cricket Control Board in India (BCCI) has decided to withdraw from all the commitments of the Asia Cup, citing concerns about Pakistan’s leadership role in the Asian Council of Cricket (ACC). According to Indian Express, the BCCI has reported to the ACC of its decision to jump -the next intercontinental events.

The Asian Cricket Council is currently run by Pakistan’s Interior Minister and President of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Mohsin Naqvi. The removal of Team India is considered a strategic response to the increasing tensions between the two nations. The Asia Men 2025 Cup will be played in September this year.
India has not been dedicated to any bilateral cricket with its bow rivals from a series of white balls in 2012-13. India and Pakistan have only faced each other during the ICC tournaments or events of various nations.
India traveled Pakistan for the last time in 2008 for the Asia Cup. The Indian government and the BCCI refused to send the team to Pakistan for the 2025 Champions Champions Trophy. India played its games in Dubai, including a clash against Pakistan, who won by six doctors before touring the tournament title.
The two cricket boards have agreed to play their future games only in neutral places, whether in ICC tournaments or Asia Cup competitions.
The BCCI’s decision to remove the ACC tournaments has triggered reactions on social media. Many fans called the movement a strategy to isolate Pakistan from the international cricket. With India it opts, there is a growing speculation that the ACC can be forced to cancel the Asia Cup.
Thus, the BCCI is expected to be withdrawn from the next Male Asian Cup. Type of expected.

It houses a tri-series with England and Australia at the same time.
