He emphasized that no commitment between the two countries is more important than the safety and well -being of Indian citizens. Known for their simple and poorly engaged position, Gambhir’s statements filed as a result of the recent horror attack sponsored by Pakistan for tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.

Gambhir acknowledged that the decision to participate in Cricket’s links with Pakistan is ultimately in government, but his opinion is “Absolutely not.” However, he reiterated his long -term belief that there is no cricket coincidence, no artistic interaction or any form of interaction is more important than the life of Indian soldiers and citizens. He emphasized that as the parties will continue, films will take place and that artists will act, none of them can compare with the pain of losing their loved ones.
Talking to ABP News, Gambhir said “Ultimately, this is the Government’s decision whether we play them or not. I have said it before, no Cricket or Bollywood party or no other interaction is more important than the life of Indian soldiers and Indian citizens.

Gambhir clarifies the team’s position in India-Pakistan matches in the World Cup and the Asia Cup
To be asked about the next games of India-Pakistan in the World Cup and the Asia Cup. Gambhir also clarified that the decision to play against Pakistan does not fall into his jurisdiction and rest with the Cricket Control Board in India (BCCI) And, most importantly, the Government.
