Former Indian Cricter Abhinav Mukund has shared his views on the possibilities of the South African Cricket National Team against the powerful National Cricket Australia team in the long-awaited World Championship in Lord’s.
The final 2025 WTC is scheduled to start on June 11 at the iconic Lord Cricket Ground, where Australia will make a burning bowling attack full of experienced and proven parties winners, while South Africa is benching on a young, talented young man.

Prior to the final, Mukund said that the young Talented Pool of South Africa is impressive, but they will need the right mentality to exercise under the pressure against the dangerous Australian side, which has the reputation to bring their game to when it matters the most.

He distinguished two players, Ryan Ricelton and David Bedingham, as key beatings of proteins. While the left side Ricelton has only played 10 tests, it has two centuries in its name; Bedingham has also played only 12 tests and has already hammed a ton and three years.
Abhinav Mukund said to Star Sports: “I think they have a very good group of beating who have had mass races. You have seen twice as many Rickelton against Pakistan. David Bedingham has reached the international cricket very well.”

The commentator also praised South -Africa as they took their place in the WTC 2025 final through strong home performances. Mukund believes that the key challenge for proteas will remain centered and will be applied in an intense, high pressure environment at Lord’s.
Mukund explained: “Despite sending a B template to New Zealand, they have managed to classify in the WTC final at the back of some really good home performances. So I think, South -Africa, this is how they are applied in a grand final of pressure. This is what I will be willing to see.”

He reiterated that the young South South Canons -AFRICANS are very talented, but their success will greatly depend on their mental strength, their ability to handle their nerves and their ability to act against the Australian experienced and fearsome bowling attack in the late 2025 WTC final in English conditions.
Mukund signed saying, “I think they are very talented. All the young players you mentioned are very talented. I think it will be a challenge for the mentality and playing in England against an experienced Australian attack.”
