“Wheel of Fortune” host Ryan Seacrest was knocked to the ground after an overexcited contestant competed on the beloved game show for the top prize.
A Pittsburgh native named Daniel revealed just how excited he was after the intense bonus round during Tuesday night’s episode.
The category was “Living Creatures” and Daniel chose the letters H, G, D and O. After being left with G _ _ _ _ ES, the Wheel of Fortune contestant hit the buzzer in what viewers called a “crazy ” “moment.

After the player guessed “Goopy,” Daniel jumped up and down in excitement before hugging Seacrest and accidentally knocking him off his feet.
After Seacrest was knocked to the ground, Daniel kept asking the host if he was okay.
Seacrest assured to him: “I’m good, I’m good.”
The Wheel of Fortune announcer was heard overhead saying, “Daniel, take it easy on our host, but celebrate with $40,000” as a contestant took home the top prize.

Seacrest, 50, was seen clutching his back in pain as he walked away from Daniel as he approached his host.
– Did I drop you? he asked again as the host ducked behind the mini-wheel while announcing that Danielle was taking home a total of $71,950 in game show winnings.
After Seacrest and Daniel hugged, the host jokingly grimaced in pain and said, “Vanna, you have to take over, but how did you do it at the last second?”
“Shove you or solve a puzzle?” Daniel laughed and then apologized to Seacrest again.
The “American Idol” host replied, “No, don’t worry, I loved it.”
