A two -year -old US citizen may have been deported without a “significant process”

The federal judge said a two-year-old US citizen may have been deported to Honduras together with his mother and 11-year-old sister without the proper process, against the background of the Trump administration to increase deportation.

Judge Terry Dauty said in the court that “there was suspicion” that the child – identified only as VML – was deported “without a significant process”.

According to the document, a child born in Louisiana and her family members were detained during the usual purpose in the immigration office of the new Orlean, according to the document.

A press secretary of the US Internal Security Ministry said the mother wanted to bring her children when she was sent to Honduras.

The judge sought to organize a phone call from the girl’s mother, but the government lawyer said that “it would be impossible because she (and allegedly VML) was just released in Honduras,” the court documents said.

The immigration status of the mother, father and sister of the girl remains unclear. The two -year -old guy, however, is a US citizen.

“I illegally and unconstitutionally deport, delay the deportation or recommend deportation of a US citizen,” the judge said.

The hearing was scheduled for May 19 “in the interests of disclosing our strong suspicion that the government had just deported a US citizen without a significant process.”

The Assistant Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Security triangle McLeaflin said in a statement to a BBC CBS News partner that “the father decided to bring the child to Honduras.”

She added, “Usually, that parents want to be removed with their children.”

Earlier this week, the girl’s father also applied for a temporary transfer of legal powers, which, according to state legislation, will give his daughter -in -law – also a US citizen – custody of children.

However, the agent on immigration and customs execution (ICE) talked to the family prosecutor and “refused to honor the request” and said that “the father could try to pick it up, but he would also be taken into custody.”

Secondly, a similar case in Florida, a Cuban woman with an annual child and a husband of a US citizen were detained on the planned immigration and went back to Cuba two days later.

According to the lawyer, the woman named Hadi Sanchez still still breastfeed her daughter suffering from seizures. He claimed that Ms Sanchez was not a criminal and had to remain in the US on the humanitarian soil.

Thousands of undocumented immigrants have been detained since Donald Trump returned to the White House on January 20.

Trump’s immigration policy has encountered a number of legal obstacles.

At the highest level, the government acknowledged that it mistakenly deported national El Salvador Kilmar Abreg Garcia, but claims he is a member of the MS-13 gang, denied by his lawyer and family. Mr. Abreg Garcia has never been convicted of a crime.

The Supreme Court unanimously ruled that the government should Promoting Return Mr. Abreg GarciaBut Trump’s administration stated that “will never live in the United States again.
