Elias RodriguezOn Wednesday night, a man accused of death by two Israeli Embassy staff outside the Metropolitan Museum in Washington may face the death penalty if he is found guilty, the recently unattended FBI statement reports.
The 31st Rodriguez was charged with killing foreign officials, a federal capital, as well as many points related to firearms and two first-degree murder points.
If he was convicted of any of the first two points, he may threaten the death penalty. According to the DC law, the sentence for the first degree murder is minimal in the amount of 30 years of imprisonment and the maximum life of life.
Rodriguez abandoned his right to hear the detention and will be held without bonds while he was waiting for a trial. He was ordered to return to court on June 18 for a pre -hearing.

Rodriguez is accused of killing foreign officials because one of the victims was a citizen of Israel and classified as a “official guest” of the United States.
He is also charged with the cause of the death of a man due to the use of firearms, the discharge of firearms during a crime of violence and two first -degree murder articles.
