Scott said he called 911 that his daughter had been taken to the hospital twice, but he was “kicked out”.
“I threatened not to pick her up,” said Scott, who called, noting that he had been inferior after being warned that the Department of Children’s Services would be notified if he did not pick her up.
Later, Scott’s wife told the investigators that their daughter had to keep the sign because she was tuned when she was told she couldn’t wear lip shine.
