Police have shown that Congress officer was arrested allegedly for lack of pistol without a license after the US Capitol accompanied, police showed on Tuesday.
The United States Capitol police said in a statement: “Yesterday afternoon, Congress member headed an ID’ed employee around the Senate Hart’s security survey.”
“Later this evening, outside the Senate galleries, an IDed employee, who is a retired law enforcement official,” told our officers that he was armed. “

“An employee, 59-year-old Kevin A. Bats from New Jersey, was arrested for wearing a pistol without a license. All weapons are prohibited in the Capitol, even if you have been retired by law enforcement officer, or you have permission to transport in another state or in the Colombian district,” the statement continues.

Batts is referred to as the “special assistant” of Senator Cora Booker, Dn.J., on the Legistorm, a scientist who regularly updates the salaries and information about the legislators and their employees.
The Booker office did not immediately respond to a comment with the Digital Fox News.
