“A little melting”: Intensive heat across Europe

An intensive heat wave is still brings high temperatures to high parts of Europe, and the authorities in many countries are issuing health care warnings.

On Saturday, a new heat record for June 46C was set in the Spanish town of El Granad, the national weather service in the country reports.

Residents and tourists shared their tips on how to deal with hot weather.

Red heat warnings act in some parts of Portugal, Italy and Croatia, with numerous amber warnings that cover the districts of Spain, France, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Serbia, Slovenia and Switzerland.
