Sly Stone, Star Funk-Rock, headed by the Sly and Family Stone group, died at the age of 82, his family statement.
The statement said he had suffered a “prolonged battle” of the lungs.
Stone, whose real name – Sylvester Stewart, grew up, singing the gospel with his siblings, and continued to play at the Woodstock Music Festival in 1969.
On the way, Stone was so -je in San Francisco, before he and his band reached great hits, including “this is a family affair, and if you want me to stay.
Stone was a giant funk -mosic -known mossation of psychedelia, funk, rock and soul, its great style and even bigger hair.
