Cricket Australia (CA) has confirmed that he has started conversations with veteran spinner Indi Ravichandran Ashwin On an appearance next season Big Bash League (BBL) 2025-26. Although nothing has been completed, reports suggest that Ashwin could be in Perth or Melbourne, with franchises such as Perth Scorchers, Melbourne Stars or Melbourne renegged as possible destinations.
