Federal Judge on Friday blocked Trump administration Expanding accelerated removal of illegal immigrants, saying that the risk of using rapid deportation in the US interior is too high and can affect foreigners who are not eligible.

US District Judge Jia Cobba in Washington, Colombia District, does not allow Trump administration to use prompt removal for immigrants provided with parole status.

“The court raises no doubt about the constitutionality of the accelerated removal charter, as well as on its long-standing border application,” Kob wrote in 48 pages.

“It simply states that when applying the charter to a huge group of people living in the country’s interior, which have not previously accelerated the removal, the government must allow them to be properly process. The procedures currently lacking.”

Earlier this month, Kob temporarily stopped the Trump administration from expanding rapidly tracking immigrants that were legally entered in the US as part of the parole.
