Madeleine Maccan suspects that he would leave the German prison in less than three weeks

The Prime Minister -Passed German Investigator in the disappearance of Madeleine McCan will be released from prison in a few weeks, local authorities confirmed.

Christian Bruckner, who is serving his sentence in Northern Germany for condemnation of rape, will be released no later than September 17.

Hans Christian Walters also said he believed that the 48-year-old German national was dangerous, but that the current legal situation meant that he should be released from prison without delay.

Brückner is never accused of crime against Madeleine and denies participation.

“We have evidence against (Brückner), which indicates that it is responsible for the disappearance and death of Madeleine,” he said.

“We haven’t found anything in the last five years that allocate (it). We have found evidence that strengthen our business. But in our opinion, this is not strong enough to make the verdict probable, and so we still couldn’t pay it and apply for arrest warrant.”

Due to the differences in the legal systems, the German authorities suspect Bruckner of killing against Madeleine McCan, while British police continues to consider its disappearance as missing people.

The prosecutor – who led Germany’s efforts to decide Madeleine, because they announced that Bruckner was their main suspect in 2020 – he added that the expert recently assessed Brookner as a danger to society.

“You must wait (Brückner) to commit further crimes.”
