The Prime Minister of Thailand was removed by the Constitutional Court, immersing the country’s policy in disorder and struck the most powerful political dynasty.
Paetongtarn Shinawatra was fired for violation of the ethics of Cherven, where it could be heard, as former Cambodia leader Hong Saint’s “Uncle” and criticizes the Thai army, amid the deterioration of Cambodia tensions.
The call, which was traced by Hong Saint himself, damaged her reputation and criticism, which accused her of undermining the country’s army.
The ruling forces the polytongarne, the daughter of former Prime Minister Taxin Shinovattra, the fifth prime minister who will be dismissed from his post from 2008.
On Friday, nine court judges voted six -three against poetgtarny, deciding that her actions violated the ethical standards that expected her office.
The court stated that the polytongarne possessed “personal relations”, which “seemed to be agreed with Cambodia” and rejected her statements that the call was “personal negotiations to … to return peace without using violence.”
The ruling states that “forced the public to question,” whether it will bring it more “Cambodia more than the nation’s interest.”
At a brief press conference, the polyttendant acknowledged the court’s verdict, but insisted that she was trying to save her life.
Her call to Huin Sen came when the tension rose to the border with Thai and Amboj, which after a few weeks they broke into a five -day conflict, which killed tens of people and hundreds of thousands fled.
The 39 -year -old polyttendant was focused on the unexpected dismissal of her predecessor Sreda Tavisin the same trial a year ago. She only joined the Thai Fiu in 2021 and became his leader in 2023.
Its replacement will be elected by a parliament where its FEU Thai ruling party has a thin majority.
Earlier, the coalition partner threw his government, leaving it only a slim majority, as thousands protested in Bangkok to demand resignation.
The powerful Shinavat family presided over the Thailand’s several governments – and the removal of polystorial dynasty.
She becomes the third Shinovatti, which was appropriate for their Prime Minister to stop: her father toxin was dropped by a military coup in 2006, and her aunt Ingluk was also removed by a Constitutional Court in 2014.
Despite his retirement from the official policy of the years ago, the toxin remained very influential – though it is now unclear how much the influence of Shinovatt will continue.
