Windom and his lawyers filed several appeals, claiming that he was represented by an incompetent lawyer, presenting evidence of fighting mental health.

The final appeal of Windem was rejected US Supreme Court Wednesday.

“Forgiveness and healing do not come from death in death. “They come from Kertis, building new relationships with the people he has suffered so much.
