Leeds has advanced Patrick Bamford to leave the club after seven years.
The young man, 31, scored 60 goals for the club after signing Middlesbrough, including 17 at the Premier League in the 2020-21 season.
Manager Daniel Farke said before the start of the season that the former International of England was unlikely to present this season after having managed to score at the championship last year.
Leeds said, “Patrick leaves Elland Road as a two -time champion and a double promotion winner. He will always be part of our proud story.
“There has been no doubt in Patrick’s enthusiasm when representing Leeds United and his understanding of respecting our famous club badge. He has given everything to the cause and welcome Elland Road, at any time.”
As a free agent, Bamford can join a club after the Monday transfer period.
