Mohammed Shami recently spoke of his heart in an interview, as he was asked if it is correct that India plays against Pakistan in the next Cup in Asia 2025. Although he was snatched from the final squad, Shami has a simple answer on this subject.

“I am out of controversy. The Government and the Council decide and follow,” Shami said in response to News24. When asked if it is different to play against Pakistan compared to other teams or if it is like any other game, Shami said it is really different.
“Playing Pakistan is different because of the fans’ hobby, but for players, it’s about acting,” he said. He confirmed that a game against Pakistan is not only a game, but also an excitement for the fans and pride of Indian players.
Shami also clarifies his sled moments against Pakistan
