While limiting his public appearances, Prince discussed his famous father during an interview in December 2024 with the Associated Press. He said at the time that he did not “know if I could ever” fill his father’s shoes. “But I wear it (his family history) with… an honor badge.”
The interview also discussed Michael’s relationship with Paris and his younger brother Bigi, 22. “For me, that humanitarian kind of giving back, and that’s where I’m really passionate about. I hope the work we do will make it proud.”
The brothers and sisters appear to have remained close over the years with all three attend the première of London from MJ: The Musical Together in March 2024. The red carpet trio walked the incident and asked for photos together.
