David, 60, told the court he was no longer moving on with the divorce on August 14. He asked for the whole case to be dismissed. The judge signed on the request.
As Us He first reported, David filed for a divorce from Lesley after four years of marriage on June 17. He married the couple in October 2020 and shared one girl, Love Anna.
In his petition, David had listed “incompetent differences” as the reason for the split. He revealed that they had signed a pre -marriage wooden agreement. By deal, Lesley was to get $ 10,000 a month in Spousal support for half the length of the wedding. David had insisted that Anna was legally and physical, born in 2021.

David also asked Lesley to be ordered to enroll in a Batterer Intervention Program. He asked his petition for a unique use of his Orange County mansion, California, but agreed that Lesley could live in their Montana home for the summer.

“Lesley and I have had many unusual things in our marital relationship, with previous (divorce petitions) filed and dismissed and domestic violence prevention orders,” David wrote in a statement filed in the case.
“I have always been concerned that Lesley’s relationship with me has been based mainly on her desire to live a luxury standard of living. In our case (there are) it is not just a stereotype that married Lesley for my money. In our case it is a fact, she has made that very clear to me literally.”

Lesley told the court he created a hostile environment for their home and accused him of being jealous. David denied the allegations.
In his recent petition, David said, “Lesley has physically mistreated me on several occasions and only a small proportion of those events detailed in previous domestic violence acts.”

David detailed an alleged incident in June where Lesley allegedly attacked him. He said they had gone to a debate before leaving for a holiday. She said, “We started arguing back and forth, and made several degrading comments, and she was again trying to motivate me as she has done on many occasions in the past.”
“During our debate, Lesley physically assaulted me, crashing large chunks of skin out of my arm,” said David. His filing included several pictures of his alleged injuries. David claimed to “corner it” in the bathroom and “slap forcibly” at least four times across the surface.
The court issued a suspension order to David. David dropping the suspension order on July 17.
David and Shannon, 61 married between 2000 and 2017. They share three adult women.
