Oman Squad for the Asia Cup 2025 announced, Jatinder Singh named Captain

On Monday, August 25, Oman Cricket announced the staff of 17 men from the National National team of Oman for the next Asia Cup 2025.

Jatinder Singh has been named as the patron of the National Cricket team of Oman for the Continental Tournament, and Duleep Mendis will serve as the main coach.

The national team of Cricket of Oman will make its first appearance in the Asia Cup in the next edition of the tournament. They have been placed in group A, next to India, Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates.

Oman got a place for the competition after finishing as a runner -up in the ACC 2024 Premier Cup at home.

They would be hoping to impress the world of cricket in their appearance at the event and ensure that the team achieves this goal, selectors have chosen a strong template.

The veteran workshop Jatinder Singh will direct the team consisting of Hammad Mirza, Mohammed Nadeem and Vinayak Shukla on the battle line.

Also, Hassnain Ali Shah, Mohammad Imran, Faisal Shah, Suffyan Mehmood and Shakeel Ahmed are a good spinning unit. Four debutants appear on the workforce: Suffyan Yousuf, Zikriya Islam, Faisal Shah and Nadeem Khan.
