New Zealand Tour in Zimbabwe 2025 – Predictions of the Test Series

New Zealand travels Zimbabwe and will assume the Chevrons in a series of two tests, both that take place in the Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo. Sides will first block the horns on July 30, 2025 before the second test begins on August 7.

Zimbabwe has a hard task ahead, welcoming a New Zealand Estelada side that is currently in fifth place in the ranking of the CPI’s men’s test team. As a result, New Zealand are the firm favorites to dominate the series, but if Zimbabwe’s main men can find shape, a nuisance may be possible along the way.

Current Form:

Zimbabwe

The Zimbabwe side of Craig Ervine reaches the series at the back of a recent home defeat 2-0 against South Africa. Proteas were superior throughout the series, despite resting many of their usual first -choice selections.

Bowling seemed to be the leading cause of worry about Zimbabwe, who never kept south -Africa less than 350 in an entry during the series. The second test, in particular, exposed some vulnerabilities in Zimbabwe’s bowling dress, as the Proteas accumulated an exciting 626 with the independent captain, Wiaan Mulder, who approached the world record with his score of 367 dead end.

In response, Ervine’s side was launched by 170 and 220, it is never approaching the published total. In fact, the upper score of the Chevrons in a post was 251. However, there were some positive performances with the bat of experienced people such as Sean Williams, which will provide hope for the next series.

New Zealand

Comparatively, the Kiwis will not yet play a test cricket by 2025, and their last game was played in mid -December 2024. On that occasion, they surpassed a powerful side of England by 423 runs, but lost the series in general.

New Zealand’s regular performers were in shape and Tom Latham scored 63 and Matt Henry was taking 4-48 with the ball, firing England for only 143. In the second post of this game, the always reliable Kane Williamson produced another Battle Masterclass, registering more. The current World Tres Test Baters is not available to this series with Zimbabwe for its participation in the hundred as Captain of London Spirit, giving an additional belief to the Chevrons that a nuisance may be possible.

Players have to look:

Zimbabwe

Brian Bennett – It is a hot perspective for the Zimbabwe cricket, which already shows adherents while I was only 21 years old. Bennet is a player made of both Spin and fast bowling and has shown his ability at the upper level, marking a century against England in May 2025. This series is expected to be produced and the Kiwis runs.

Blessing Muzarabani: His form in the test cricket is extraordinary with the ball. Muzarabani is expected to be the maximum of Zimbabwe wicker in the test series.

New Zealand

Rachin ravindra – He showed signs of good shape in the recent conclusion T20i Tries with strokes of 47 and 63 and will have a wide opportunity to impress with the bat again in the coming games against Zimbabwe.

Matt Henry – He recently took two vital victims to help win the Tri series against South – Africa, which will be high in his first test of the year. Henry has also kept well with the red ball competing with Somerset in the Rothesay County Championship of 2025, taking 14 doctors in four games and, without a doubt, will be eager to return to the international test of the test test.

With the scenario scheduled for an exciting series of tests, all eyes will be in whether Zimbabwe’s combination of experience and emerging talent can increase to the occasion and maintain the competition. Or will the quality and depth of New Zealand show too strong for the hosts?
